Individual Therapy
- Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, worry, sadness, or self-criticism? 
- Are you struggling to feel interested, motivated, or inspired? 
- Do you struggle with unwanted thoughts or fears, overthinking, rumination, or time-consuming compulsions? 
Individual therapy can help. I work with adult clients experiencing a variety of concerns, including day-to-day stressors, life transitions, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief, chronic pain, and trauma. I typically meet with clients weekly or biweekly at first, and we may choose to decrease the frequency of your sessions as you progress.
